Geralyn serves the community in various capacities. When she is not serving with Zeta you can find Geralyn serving as a Wellness Ambassador, working directly with the Wellness Coordinator to create and implement programs and activities that promote wellness and boost morale to improve and maintain the overall well-being of the community. Since 2019, she has served as a Community Outreach Task Force member representing the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health’s many different mental health programs and services at various community outreach events throughout the County of San Bernardino. They engage community members and service providers by discussing available services and answering questions. In conjunction with a Fontana based organization, City Link, Geralyn supports unsheltered citizens on a monthly bases providing them with showers, food, clothing, haircuts and other resources are provided, free of charge. As a true servant-leader, Geralyn lives a life full of service. She serves the community on a daily bases as a Homeless Outreach Social Worker II with San Bernardino County and is currently assigned to the Fontana Police Department’s Special Operations Unit assisting the unsheltered population throughout the city.

 

Geralyn Morris was inducted into Zeta on November 15, 2020 as a graduate member.   Eager to learn as much as possible, Geralyn has attended conferences on all levels is certified in Zeta Organizational Leadership (ZOL), Membership Intake,  Youth, and Undergraduate. Currently, Geralyn serves at the chapter's First Vice-President.
